We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in reasonable condition
  • Items must not be intentionally damaged
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, heavily worn or damaged items may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was received
  • the item has a manufacturing defect

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processed for shipment.
